e-mail problem

I am constantly getting the following error when trying
to send e-mail:
"From system administrator:
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

I get the feeling it's a system administrator option
somewhere on the machine that not right rather than a
server problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Most likely, the server you are trying to send to is programmed to
interntionally reject email from your server. Or a relay between them and
you is programmed to reject email from your server.

It's certainly not a setting local to your machine.
