Programs still not showing up on taskbar

I tried the site from Chris Lanier but i couldnt find the
registry file on the site so i still need a fix. If
anyone can help or Chris Lanier still can please reply.

Is their another site that may do the same file or
similar fix for the problem as i dont even know what to
search for?
