IPSec Audit Failure

1.Hey,was wanting to know if someone could help me
resolve an issue. In my Event Viewer I keep noticing and
recieving a Audit Sec. Failure Event 615, tried several
help sources but not resolved as yet. Also

2. I have a personal firewall up (Sygate Personl
Firewall), should I also have my internet connection
firwall (ICF) checked and enabled on my network connection?
