Administrator not coming up in friendly logon welcome screen

Administrator not coming up in friendly logon
welcome screen. So, I have to go to classic logon to use
it.

When I first asked this question I thought this was
unusual. I have since learned that it is the designed
behavior.

So, how do I get Administrator to show up in the
friendly logon welcome screen?
