send to reverts back to desktop

Whenever I try to send something to cd re writer computer
reverts back to desk top screen. has anyone else had this
problem?

Hi Eddie,

Did you recently install anything from Windows Update? If so, try
uninstalling the recent hotfixes (Control Panel/Add & Remove). Also, are you
using the WinXP built-in burning software or a third party program?
