How I can tell if the version of XP I am running is the
32 or 64-bit version?

You're running 32 bit. 64 bit is for Intel Itanium workstations - used for
CAD design, 3D modeling, engineering tasks, etc. They start at about $3,000.
You'd know if you had one, since it's a VERY specific configuration.

By searching the bloody group! This is an FAQ - the same question was asked
and answered not 10 hours ago! Surely it wouldn't have been *so* hard for

These people should be put away! The question was asked and answered
just the line above. How could they miss it. They didn't even have to
use the scroll bar. Yuk! :-(
