useraccount / internet problem

IE 6 normally works fine. If I change to another user account then some
internet links stop working. These are links like the following...

http://www.nbc-club.nl/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/NLNB/-/NLG/BrowseCatalog-Start;sid=vEgJI4xccE7-jLNlza9ZBCCd9kpFcpwbEsY=?CategoryName=2107
or
http://www.google.nl/grphp?hl=nl&tab=wg&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Is there a setting that is configured wrong? Why does it work in my own
account but not the others?
