Hi,

I need to share my files to more than 10 concurrent
users. But windows xp prof. limits the sharing by 10
users. Any idea to increase this value?

cheers,
ifo

If you need more then 10 users you will have to upgrade to Server operating
system.

10 is built in limit in WindowsXP (also in e.g. Windows 2000 Pro...)

Yes. Buy a server.

The 10 user limit is both dictated by your licence terms and hard coded into
the operating system itself.

Only by replacing your workstation OS (WinXP Pro) with a server
OS, such as Win2K Server or Windows Server 2003.
