Have a look at http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
All you need is download floppy disk image, load it on the floppy and boot
computer form floppy. Than only follow text on the screen, choose options
(mainly pre-selected for changing admin password). Other way - read help and
info on the page above...
