doubleclick it, for it will open and ruin your PC. It is
not a System or Windows file, so delete it right away.
If you don't have an Anti-virus program, better get one
Poste Haste! If you do, it should have caught it. You
can use the below website for a FREE virus program.
Also, recommend you download Spybot or Ad-ware for
protection, they are free, you are very vulnerable:
