administrator account

since I got the computer, I have never disignated an
administrator. I had a problem installing a software disc
and called the company tech who told me to enter mjy name
as administrator as I result I have lost my desktop, e-
mail accounts etc. I need to replace the orginal
administrator. My microsoft restore will not go back to
it. It is in my files I just cant restore it. Need help
badly !
