What steps do I need to setup a winxp pro pc as an ftp server? We are
connected to the internet via an adsl router.

Hi John,

Follow instructions in this article:

I know it says For IIS 5.0 (Windows 2000) but it is the same for WindowsXP
(IIS 5.1).

Pay a lot of attention to security to your FTP service or you are bound to
get hacked. Install and use Firewall to protect your server!!!
