homepage tool bar

all the icons for places that i go to such as seach,
home, favorites, the back button,etc. are hidden in the
tool bar of my homepage which is msn. (THIS IS THE ONLY
PAGE OR FOLDER THAT I HAVE THIS PROBLEM) , but are
accessiable by clicking the arrow button (^) and are
displayed vertical. i'm want to display these icons
horizal across my tool bar on my homepage. can someone
out there please help me with this?
