Administrative tools

Right click on the blue part of the start up bar and
click properties, click on the start menu tab and click
customise --> next click the advanced tab and in the
Start menu items scroll box scroll down till you see
System Administrative Tools, then choose the option to
display them on both All programmes menu and start menu---
-----or which ever suits you.
