Hi there! I, as a father of two teens ,have created my
account with a password and with administrators rights.
Then I started thinking if teens know my password and
tried to change the password. Now I can't remember my
password and I am the only administrator. What to do ?
Can I still take in to use back up floppy disk with what
I get to know my password?

If I understand you correctly, you can use the emergency recovery disk
you created to reset the administrator's password, even though you don't
remember what the password is.

I haven't ,ade the recovery disk yet. You think I can
still make a recovery disk. Can it really know the old
password or does it create a password?

The password is Case Sensitive.
Check Caps Lock and try various of Capital combinations.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=321305
If you do not have a Password Recovery Disk, it is to late to make it.
Or
Log in to any account that has Administrator access.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the user and change the password.

Reboot to Safe Mode, select Administrator, leave password blank.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the user and change the password.
If you are using Windows XP Pro and have encrypted data, you may
permanently lose access to the encrypted data.

Here is another option:
http://www.wininternals.com/products/repairandrecovery/index.asp

Another option is to install Windows XP on another partition and take
Ownership of your data.
You could also perform another installation on the same partition,
although this is not a permanent fix and it is recommended to perform
a Clean Installation after retrieving your data.

After this is resolved, take precautions to not lose the password.

You sure do like to post multiple entries, eh? It would allow you to
change the password; you wouldn't need to know the old password.

Since you haven't made an Emergency Recovery Disk, follow Jupiter Jones'
advice.
