RPC shutdown problem in XP

Dear All,

Looks like some virus is spreading and is causing
machines to shutdown after terminating the RPC service. I
enabled the INTERNET CONNECTION FIREWALL option in XP and
this problem does not occur anymore.

I posted on NETWORKING AND THE WEB category a few minutes
