There could be a problem with your drive. Make sure the
master/slave jumpers are set correctly. Then try booting
to DOS mode and see if you can address the D: drive. Try
creating a directory from there. If this works, reboot
and go into windows. You should be able to see the drive
and create whatever is needed.
