So far this is what I have found and the virus was in the
computer.

follow the instruction and make sure U unable your
firewall in WinXP. Ther is a link also to download a
Microsoft patch.
If U don't have enough time before it shuts down ask a
friend to download it for you it will fit on a Floppy.
