blaster virus

Post Virus Infection, i have a file named:

win32sockdrv.dll

this is located under c:\windows\system32\

have disbled system restore and attempted deleting it but
after every reboot it it back again.

running windows XP home SP1, and have loaded the
suggested security updates.

my antivirus software continually reports that the above
file is infected with dcomrpc.virus

please advise on how to remove the file
