Virus help

I have windows XP home edition at my house, and I have the
virus.I have Yahoo DSL through SNET, and they told me if i
keep getting booted I have it. I cant stay on line long
enough to get your patch.How else can I get it?I am at my
office now, and am sending you this email from there.
Please advise!Thank you for your time.

cd.
