Jim,

You can download the patch once you turn on your
firewall. Just remember that as long as you are on the
Internet without all the proper precautions, the more
susceptable you are to this worm.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Network Connections -
> Local Area Connection -> Properties -> Advanced ->
Protect My Computer...

Get the firewall, patch, remove virus, run virus scan and
update.
