Every time I have tried to send a link or web page, I get
an error notice and it is forwarded (automatically) to
Microsoft. I've loaded all the MS Updates and still get
the errors. Of course, this also discontinues the
application and I must connect all over again to the
particular site on interest. How can my WinXP be updated
to do what it's supposed to do?/A

What program do you use for email? If your email service is web based
(shows up in Internet Explorer), sending a link or web page from a website
will not work. That option is designed to interact with email programs such
as Outlook Express and Outlook. While it sometimes will work with other
programs, the default email program needs to be desginated in Internet
Options> Programs> Email. If still having trouble, copy/paste the URL into
an email. A little old fashioned but it will work.
