Norton Anti-Virus detected the "Backdoor.IRC" virus in
my "Windows\System32\sysval32.exe" file. Norton
quarantined "sysval32.exe" indicating that it cannot be
repaired. Norton recommends deleting the file and
reinstalling it. How do I reinstall just one file from
my Windows XP Professional CDs? Also, what is this
file? How critical is it?
