worm or no????

i get the SAME sypmtoms as the blaster worm but instead
of a rpc ending i get a REMOTE ORPORATING PRECUDER, or
somthing like that, (rop) ending?? I downlaoded norton
antivirius updates and ran a full computer scan...it
found a virus from a "wintrim.exe" and the title of the
virus was "tojandownload"....it couldnt repair it but i
quarintined it and i have had no problems since.

i want to remove this completely but i would hate to do a
ground up on my pc.... plz help
