About patch for New Worm Out There

I checked my Updates, and my last one was Aug. 5th. Does
this cover this new Worm I Love San?? I looked for new
downloads, and it came back none available. TV says there
is a patch. How do I get this if it isn't part of the
last one on Aug.5th

Start/All Programs/Windows Update.
Click "View Installation History"
Do you see 823980?
