When I download and try to install SP1 for XP home, after
or during the archiving provess, an error message
indicating that the windows\system32\ftp.exe is in use by
another program and I can not continue.
I used the blaster removal tool and also the system was
infected with the spybot worm. I followed instructions to
remove and it seems that these worms are no longer
present so what is the problem?
