Help Please!

If it keeps rebooting (and it gives you a message about
RPC), then you got it! My Norton would say that it was
deleting the file and then it would reset. Don't worry
about finding the file, it's there! Just try and get the
update to go. I found that turning on the XP firewall
seemed to give me a little more time to work too. It took
me 3 hours to get rid of the damn thing last night. If I
can do it (Clueless when it comes to viruses), then
anyone can! Best of Luck!
