View Full Version : Stupid worm virus...HELP!

I have the same problem as everyone else...can't stay
logged on long enough to fix the problem. You guys,"tech
support", need to come up with some answers for
us...quick!If you've known about it since April...why
were we just told about it on the news yesterday? Not
everybody logs onto Microsoft.com to look for alerts and
updates you know.

Perhaps more people *should* go to the Windows Update page more often - =
then a lot less people would now be having this problem!!

This has been on the news recently.
The patch has been available for weeks.

Yes it is true "Not everybody logs onto Microsoft.com to look for
alerts and updates"
But they should and if they did, this would not be happening now.
A firewall, which is essential, would have gone a long way to prevent
this also.
