File can't be deleted or changed

I've got a file in Documents and Settins\....\Content.IE5
which is very long (possible max) and I cannot delete it
or rename it or move it or nothing. I also cannot run
the Symantec Wormblaster because it keeps running into
and crashing.

Any advice?

This is the Internet Cache. You can empty it via the Internet Explorer
> Tools > Internet Options > General > Delete Files.
