Express Mail_Blaster Worm

I have made all modifications expected to one of my
clients XP software. The Microsoft patch has corrected
Internet Explorer but has not corrected the Microsoft
Express Mail program. All attempts to correct this
program have failed. The 32.Blaster.Worm is continuing to
run wild and lock up Express. Can anyone tell me if
special patch exist for Express without wiping out and
rebuilding the program?
