Turning off XP System Restore

Norton suggests turning off XPs System Restore in order to
run the Blaster Worm removal tool effectively. They say I
must be logged in as an Administrator to do this or the
tab will not even be displayed. Well, mine isn't
displayed. Help!!!

Log in to an Administrator account.
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore
Click "System Restore Settings" on left side.
Click "Turn off System Restore", click OK and follow prompts.
Don't forget to turn back on when done.
