I am running Windows XP. Every time Windows opens, I get
a message saying that the file tlntsvr.exe is trying to
download. I don't know if this is a harmful file
connected to a virus or if it is an operating file that
needs to be downloaded. The computer seems to behave just
fine otherwise.

The file you are asking about is in that web page; not easy to spot, but
it is there.
