task manager

i think that i have the luvsan virus, the new one thats
been all over the tv and the radio. i have the
procedures on how to fix my computer myself, only the
first step mentions to click on the "processes" in
the "task manager", however, i do not see "task manager"
anywhere on my computer or in my owners manual. by the
way, i have windows xp on my computer.
