Can't Backup Files and Folders

Hi - I have Windows XP, which came installed on Dell PC.
I'm trying to backup all my files and folders.
Microsoft Knoweldge Base tells me to go to start - all
programs - accessories - system tools and then click
backup. But there is no backup under my system tools.
There is a note that says I must have permission as an
administrator on my computer to back up files - I own the
computer, so don't think that should be a problem.
Sure would appreciate any help.

I believe the Backup program is _supplied_ with WinXP home but isn't
_installed_ automatically by default. If you have a WinXP CD it's on there
somewhere but I'm an XP Pro user. No idea why MS did this.
