If you still have a floopy in remove it. Turn the pc off
for 10 minutes. then log on with admin rights. go to
start settings control panel administrative tools
serivces. Find remote call procedure. there is 2 you
want the one that is started. double click, go to
recovery, make all 3 failures take no action. apply close
out of this. apply your patch. run a fix on it like
FixBlast.exe from www.sarc.com (it is a removal tool.
Reboot. put the rpc service settings back to restart pc.
