Keeping the Help file on top when using multiple windows

If there is a simple cure for this I have not yet found
it. When following a help file or tutorial for a piece of
software, in this case Swish, every time I make a key or
mouse action the help file automatically minimises to the
taskbar and has to restored to find the next instruction.
I know this is really dumb but surely there must be a
work around for this.
Any suggestins most welcome,
