Having trouble downloading all patches N=26

Anyone know how I do this ---- says I have N=26 patches
to download, but it keeps getting stuck.

Microsoft said it is due to possibly working through AOL
window ---- should I try another browser ---- or do I
have to download one at a time - working over phone line.

Please help - phone number busy and no response from web
site - where do I look

If you are using AOL as your ISP, you need to minimize your
AOL browser and launch Internet Explorer, then visit the Windows
Update web site while using Internet Explorer.

Try the following solution from the Windows Update Troubleshooter:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

Select:
"Problem Downloading/Installing a Software (Non-Driver) item"

Follow steps under:
"Install stops at 0% when using the AOL Browser"

While using the Internet Explorer browser, try downloading
and updates again: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

P.S. I recommend downloading the updates one at a time.
