I am missing a file called VDShellrc.dll. Every time I
right click or look at properties for some files, the
computer crashes. I can't even format a floppy disk
because of this.
The problem might not be because of that missing file.
Every time it crashes there is a message that says that
file is missing.
I cannot even delete a file using a mouse or a keyboard.
Is there any way to fix this? Please.
Thank you.

It's not a Windows file, I would seriously consider a virus scan on the
machine if you can manage to run one.

I did scan for virus. There isn't any virus on my
computer. Before this happen the blaster virus was in my
computer for a while though but its been removed and
patched already.
I think there is something wrong with the shell.
I would be glad to get help.
Thank you.

The message error goes like this:
"Failed to load library, file(VDShellrc.dll) was not
found."
What does this mean?
Thank you.
