SOLUTION TO CRYPTOGRAPHIC SERVICES

no .. nicholas came up with that. i have just been
trying to tell everyone because it worked for me when
NOTHING else would. and i know how frustrating it is.

although his had more .dll things in it. this is the full
version which worked for me. (thanks to nicholas)
