Sharing Admin ISP connection with a user

I created an admin account for myself.

I created a limited acoount for the wife.

I have setup dialup connectivity to my ISP in the admin
account.

My wifes limited account cant connect using the admins ISP
setup.

All options to create an identical dialup connection in
here account are inhibited.

How do I share my admin isp connection wiff wifely.

When you double-click the Dial-up icon in Connect-To-Show all
connections, is there an option to say "Use this connection for all
users" ?
