How can I tell if I have XP 32 Bit or XP 64 Bit?

You have the 32-bit version of Windows XP. The 64-bit version is
only commercially available for very expensive, high-end Itanium =
processors.

yes 32-bit edition.

if the servers are down.. then you can get it from www.katwa.net. I've left
it there for 2days while my family and friends update.
