Changed mobo+cpu & can't use the recovery disk

About a year and a half ago i bought a sony viao w/ xp
home pre-installed. I just changed the mobo, cpu and ram.
Windows wouldn't start and when i tried to use the
recovery disk it doesn't work. I just want to reinstall my
copy of xp home with the new setup. ty

You will likely have to buy a retail version of Windows XP. The original was
probably "bios locked" to the old M/B.
