System Files Back-Up

To go along with Nervous's 32/64-Bit question (I'm assuming to install
the patch to prevent the Blaster worm from taking control), the patch
suggests backing up the system files.

Can someone tell me how to do this? I couldn't find it on MS's support
page or in Kelley's Corner. :-(

You can go to Start, Programs, Simple Backup. That is if you are running
XP-Pro.
XP Home I am not sure of. I hope this helps.
