my system has been hacked

my system has been hacked into, a hidden network
connection made through net messaging or outlook express.
all steps were taken to have this process running on back
screens with out my ability to see it. system
authorities have been given administrator license to the
hackers. i need to return my system to my control and
protect for future hack, i try microsoft but i get booted
by the hacks( dont know what is happening here)??? any
help
