CRYPTOGRAPHIC SERVICE - BLASTER WORM PATCH

This is what worked for me:

I could not perform the second step which was re-naming
Catroot2, so I went ahead and performed the third step
which involved the .dll files. That seemed to do the
trick, after three days of frustration.
