I am getting the same thing these constant popup windowed
adds saying that my computer is vulnerable and that I
should buy some software from Messenger-blocker.com

I thing that Microsoft needs to post a Fix for this
exploitation so that it can be disabled as soon as
possible.

look for info on enabling the builtin XP firewall. its easy to set up
and doesnt require a reboot.
