Hi, Shadow of James:
No, I know of no software that would interfere with it. I asked my Verizon
ISP techie if I should reinstall the disk software, and he didn't think that
would help.
I disabled Zone Alarm firewall, and still the panel was grayed out, allowing
only the Always Connect with a Broadband connection, not the option
requiring a username and password.
Any other suggestions?!
