"MY COMPUTER / SEARCH WINDOW"

Since I downloaded updates for Windows XP from MSN,
everytime I open "My Computer" in an attempt to view the
contents of a drive or floppy disc, clicking on the
specific drive letter immediately opens the "Search"
window instead of telling me the folder contents for that
drive. It makes me crazy!! I have searched everywhere to
locate a particular toggle switch that may be causing
this, but I cannot find it! If anyone can help me with
this, I would deeply appreciate it!
