Cannot download service pack 814033. Can anyone help?

I had the same problem for a while. Solved it by renaming
CATROOT2 in the windows/system/system32 folder. You can
also delete the CATROOT2 file, it will be recreated
automatically when you do the update/
Easy way to rename a file is just put a _ (underscore) in
front of the name as so, _catroot2.

Just an FYI....there is now an update on the WU site to fix the issue of =
renaming the catroot2 folder to get the downloads to install. Look for =
817287.
