I had the same problem and someone gave me the answer on
this site last night. Run a search for cryptographic
service on this chat site for yesterday (8/15) and it will
pull up the discussion from last night that helped me.
I'm at work right now or I'd retype it all for you. It
worked like a charm & I was finally able to successfully
download the patch.
